Shipping
Your package will normally be shipped from Dragon Herbarium using the United States Postal Service (USPS), unless otherwise requested. Allow up to 1 week for your merchandise to be delivered. Shipping prices and delivery times may vary when shipping during holiday seasons. For our international customers, freight prices and delivery times may vary widely when shipping to locations outside the continental U.S., and there may also be tariffs or other fees charged with non-domestic shipments, depending on your country. Please inform us of your shipping preferences and all necessary information in the Special Instructions and Comments box of your checkout ordering process.

Handling
A handling fee of $3.00 will be charged for orders under $20.00.

Returns
If you have a product that you would like to return to Dragon Herbarium, please contact us first for a return authorization and return instructions. The product must be returned within 30 days of the original order. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to returns.
