Bartholin Cyst Oil (1/4 oz)

Description:
Bartholin Cyst Oil is a herbal home treatment for the relief and to promote drainage of a Bartholin cyst when the opening of the gland becomes obstructed and minor swelling occurs.

Seitz Bath Preparation:
Add 4 drops of Bartholin Cyst Oil and 1/2 cup of Epson salts to your Seitz bath, and add very warm (not hot) water. The affected area should be soaked in the Seitz bath for 15 minutes and the soaks should be repeated 3 to 4 times daily.

Precautions and Adverse Reactions:
Treatment of a Bartholin cyst depends on the size of the cyst, the pain and if the cyst is infected (abscessed). Sometimes home treatment of a Bartholin Cyst is all you need, but in other cases, antibiotics or surgical drainage might be necessary. Call your health care professional if your symptoms become worse or do not improve as expected and you have signs of infection (abscess), such as fever, chills, or extreme pain.
