Description:
Red Raspberry is a biennial deciduous bush, belonging to the Rosaceae family. It has a durable root that sends up thorned and prickly canes with clusters of saw toothed, green leaves that are whitish and downy underneath. White flowers appear in spring, followed by crimson fruits with tiny plump kernels that contain an edible seed. The ripened fruit is juicy and tasty.

Culinary Uses:
To make a tea, pour 1 cup boiling water over 2 teaspoons of Red Raspberry Leaf, cover and steep 3-5 minutes.
