Culinary Uses: To make a tea, pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 teaspoon of Passion Flower Leaf, cover and steep 3-5 minutes.
Medicinal Uses: Passion Flower is used to help the body reduce anxiety, hysteria and nervousness by nourishing the nervous system. It known to help with pain, insomnia, asthma and attention deficit disorder, menopause, and headaches. Its narcotic properties cause it to be used in diarrhoea and dysentery.
