Culinary Uses: To make a tea, pour 1 cup boiling water over 2 teaspoons of Nettle Root, cover and steep 3-5 minutes.
Medicinal Uses: Nettle Root cleanses the system by promoting the flow of urine and also aids kidney and bladder function. Used to expel gravel from the bladder, flush toxins from the system and combat urinary infections. Nettle Root is known to help with anemia, fatigue, edema, menstrual difficulties, hay fever and allergies.
