Culinary Uses: Milk Thistle Seeds can be ground and sprinkled on cereals or salads. Milk Thistle Seeds can also be used to make Gomashio, by toasting them and grinding them with some sea salt. To make a tea, pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 teaspoon of Milk Thistle Seed, cover and steep 3-5 minutes.
