Culinary Uses: Marjoram is used as a flavoring for vegetables and meat dishes (especially lamb and veal). Marjoram is best added toward the end of the cooking time, so that its essence doesn't completely dissipate. To make a tea, pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 teaspoon of Marjoram Leaf, cover and steep 3-5 minutes.
Medicinal Uses: Marjoram is useful for treating asthma, coughs, and is used to strengthen the stomach and intestines, as well as used with other herbs for headaches.
