Culinary Uses: Lemon Grass is a herb used widely in Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. Lemon Grass can be used to season to soups, fish, and chicken dishes. To make a tea, pour 1 cup boiling water over 2 teaspoon of Lemon Grass, cover and steep 3-5 minutes.
Medicinal Uses: Lemon Grass is antiseptic and known to be used for headaches, flu, disordered menstration, vomiting and diarrhea, stomachache, colic, flatulence, fever and catarrh.
