Culinary Uses: To make a tea, pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 teaspoon of Lady's Mantle herb, cover and steep 3-5 minutes.
Medicinal Uses: Internally, Lady’s Mantle is known to be used for menopausal complaints, dysmenorrhea, gastrointestinal disorders, and as a gargle for mouth and throat inflammation. Lady's Mantle also aids blood coagulation and promotes tissue healing. Externally, it can be used for ulcers, eczema, skin rashes and as an additive in baths for the treatment of lower-abdominal ailments.
Precautions and Adverse Reactions: Lady's Mantle should be avoided during pregnancy.
