Description:
Dog Grass, better known as Couchgrass, is a plant belonging to the Gramineae (Poaceae) family. It has a long creeping, pointed root-stock, and hollow flower stems that bear five to seven leaves and are terminated by long spikes of flowers. Dog Grass is very sweet to taste.
