Description:
Cardamom Seed Powder is made from the dried and peeled, unripened fruit of the Ellararia Cardamomum, a perennial plant blonging to the Zingiberaceae family. Cardamom is an aromatic spice, it has a pungent aroma and a warm, spicy-sweet flavor and an exotic floral aroma. The fruit of the cardamom plant is a light green oval pod containing three chambers that can hold up to twenty small black seeds.

It is also a flavoring used for coffee, To make Arabic-style coffee, mix a small amount of powdered cardamom to ground espresso before brewing the coffee. Powdered cardamom is one of the principal seasonings in famous Old Bay Seasoning.
