Culinary Uses: To make a tea, steep 1 teaspoon of dried Bilberry leaf in 1 cup of boiling water for 3 - 5 minutes.
Medicinal Uses: Bilberry contains nutrients that protect eyes from eyestrain or fatigue, and can improve circulation to the eyes. A tea from the leaf is used for coughs, stomach cramps, vomiting, diarrhea, catarrhal enteritis, as a gargle for stomatitis and used externally for skin problems or burns.
